the room provided an AMAZING view of the thames. the breakfast included homemade bread and fresh fruit, created with care by the hosts! the location offered easy access to both chiswick and kew, a good surprise.

the decor felt slightly dated.

the view of river from the room was so fine. i watched rowers every morning, a sweet ritual. breakfast become a fun experience, a real treat. chris, the owner, shared stories, they felt tender, like a loving embrace.

the accommodation feel dated, not so modern. there were no wash basin in our room. the private bathroom was separate, down the hall, it lacked privacy and feel awkward.

the breakfast had fresh fruit and homemade toast with various jams. parking was straightforward, which i found very convenient. the location was perfect for accessing transportation into the kensington area. the host and housekeeper were friendly.

the shower room was separate from the room, and the sink was quite small. it was difficult to brush teeth without wetting the floor.

the room was kinda dusty. i found cobwebs in the corners. also, the breakfast was mostly bread. it REALLY needed more options, especially some protein. i was expecting more variety. MAYBE some eggs or yogurt would be good.

I found parking on site very convenient. The shower was good, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Tea-making facilities in the room were a plus. It was nice to have that available.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit small. I found it slightly difficult to use without splashing.
